Brad is an architecturally trained real estate broker and certified EcoBroker in the Chicago-land area. He received his degree from the nationally-ranked College of Architecture , Planning, and Design at Kansas State University . He was employed by the award-winning architecture firms Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and Populous before joining Sudler | Sotheby’s International Realty.  His extensive knowledge of architectural design, energy efficiency, and urbanism make Brad a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Because of his ability to see the potential in spaces, he primarily works with clients looking to improve a property, whether it’s simply buying a piece of land or looking at properties with the clients’ designers. Additionally, his knowledge of architecture, design and photography allow him to successfully market his listings.

While Brad was with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and Populous his work ranged from an 18,000-seat new arena in Pittsburgh and a 1,700 foot tall mixed-use tower in Dubai to pocket parks in Chicago’s Little Village. He is very knowledgeable about both the study and practice of architecture and he understands the nexus of design and technical abilities that drive class “A” architecture.

This knowledge is valuable for a buyer or seller if they are dealing with an architecturally significant property or if someone simply has a question about the possibility of an addition or renovation. In his free time Brad works with Chicago’s alternative design school, Archeworks, as well as volunteering at many other events throughout Chicago. He also enjoys traveling, photography, art, and all aspects of design.
