Arica Hilton has dedicated her life to the "art" of living well.  Having had art galleries for the past twenty years, her background in interior architecture and design has helped shape her clients lives in a positive and powerful way.

Joining Fox Sudler Sotheby's International Realty was a natural progression in her career as an art dealer, interior designer and patron of the arts, bringing a well rounded experience to the "art of real estate."  Over the years, she has been interviewed on numerous television programs on "art as investment" and most recently was seen on various episodes of the television series, Health & Lifestyles Weekly.  She has given numerous seminars and lectures on the art of Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese wisdom of achieving balance and harmony in one's environment.

Arica’s basic premise, whether it is art, interior design or real estate, is making certain she understands the psychology and philosophy of her client's lifestyle.  Being empathetic to a client's needs is an integral part of her aesthetic sensibilities and natural eye for marrying the right individual or family with the right property.  Her ability to analyze properties, spaces and floor plans from an architectural perspective gives her a unique insight into the real estate industry. Arica is also well versed in real estate staging.

International travel has had a tremendous impact on Arica's personal and career growth. Forging business relationships throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East has furnished her with a global perspective on life.  Learning foreign languages and interacting with people from different cultures, religions and socio-economic backgrounds has enriched not only her own life, but that of her clients.  Arica was one of the first women pioneers in setting up an American art publishing company that yielded millions of dollars in business by doing international trade with Japan in the early to mid 1990's.

Born on the Mediterranean Coast of Turkey,  Arica is dedicated to global harmony by helping women and children in her own neighborhood and in third world countries find educational and economic freedom.  Her travels have taken her to dozens of countries throughout Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, to a journey in the Himalayas.  She is currently working on a conference on international human rights.

Arica Hilton is currently working on a collection of poems entitled "The Seven Faces of Love" and training for her third olympic distance triathlon.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois. She is currently preparing to take her CIPS exam (Certified International Property Specialist).
