The Sudler Sotheby’s International Development Division (hereby known as SSIDD) is the premier planning, development, marketing, sales, and, consulting division for luxury residential properties and project site development. SSIDD distinguishes itself by its ability to analyze and create value for real estate development companies, financial institutions, as well as individual purchasers and investors.

Gregory Eldridge

Greg’s involvement in the industry has spanned in excess of 25 years covering nearly every facet of real estate … from project development to site acquisitions; custom home development to light commercial; and from general re-sales to property management.

He has a strong marketing and advertising background as his first career was with the Tribune Companies in Florida. In addition, he speaks multiple languages.

Nicole Postman

Nicole’s 15 year real estate career has been mostly involved with project development in conjunction with some of the world’s most recognized brands: St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, and, Regent Hong Kong, to name a few.

Licensed in 4 states, above having a strong international background, she has the abilities and expertise to oversee a project from inception & pre-planning, completely through to final close-out.
